ACU Innovation and Consulting has designed and conducted quantitative and qualitative evaluations on a variety of public health and healthcare programs, including programs on patient retention and re-engagement, case management and housing programs, pre-exposure prophylaxis programs, and digital outreach programs for patients.

ACU Innovation and Consulting provides 1:1 coaching sessions with healthcare and public leaders to enhance their adaptive leadership skills and become effective mobilizers of change across their organizations.

In a digital era filled with information, much of which is not trustworthy, high-quality health education resources for patients and communities are more important than ever. We will work to translate evidence-based health information into innovative and accessible educational health resources in both English and Spanish.

Diversity, inclusivity, and equity should not be scary words for healthcare and public health organizations. We will work with senior leadership and specific communities to ensure that these concepts become part of an organization’s strategy, daily operations, and overall business model.

Our world is continuously facing health challenges and healthcare personnel and organizations are in constant need of clear guidance on particular topics. At ACU Innovation and Consulting we will take on the task of developing high-quality technical guidance documents on diverse health topics that will meet your organization’s needs.
Training courses on sexual and reproductive health and LGBTQ health
Sexual health provision is often lacking in primary care provision, and when it is delivered, service providers use fear to motivate their patients to engage in safer sex practices. Many organizations also don’t have the competency to provide high-quality services to LGBTQ+ patients. We will work closely with organizations and service providers to improve their capacity to design and deliver effective sexual health and LGBTQ+ health programs.
